Understanding the Rollercoaster of Anxiety at Work

Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management
Presented by Jessie Semmann, Director of Threat Assessment & Management from the Office of Public Safety

This training will include an overview of the goals and processes of behavioral threat assessment and management including review of affective vs. predatory violence, the pathway to violence, and warning behaviors of targeted violence. Additionally, she will discuss the Threat Assessment Management Team (TAMT) at the UA including membership, their processes and procedures, and how to report to TAMT.

The Solidarity Coalition Training
